We are seeking people to join our diverse team who are passionate about health equity, have experience in our expansion counties, and have skills in a combination of the following areas:

• Multilingual culturally responsive health care coordination in Spanish and English, additional languages a plus

• Health care coordination and/or coalition-building among community clinics, physicians, hospital systems, and/or community-based organizations to develop services for immigrant and disadvantaged populations

• Team learning and development leadership, with a focus on the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion

• Collaborate in developing communications materials and messages

• Fund development
